2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and components automaticgate.ae+6gatesautomaticuae.com+6automaticgate.ae+6.

3. Eligibility Criteria

  • Condition: Returned products must be in “like-new” condition—unused, unopened, or uninstalled.
  • Accessories & Packaging: Must include original box, documentation, remotes, photocells, blinker lights, chains/racks—everything as delivered.
  • Proof of Purchase: Present your order confirmation or invoice to initiate the process.

Certain items are exempt from return:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or custom-configured for your specific gate.
  • Items purchased from third-party vendors not sold directly via AutomaticGate.ae.

If you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

  2. Provide photos and details of the issue.
  3. We’ll arrange free pickup and send a replacement at no cost.

  • Change of Mind / Wrong Order: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We provide a prepaid return label and handle all associated shipping.

  2. Receive return authorization and, if eligible, a prepaid label.
  3. Pack securely, including all original components.
  4. Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving authorization.
