Full description
DEUS is LIFE’s newer above-ground sliding gate motor. The 6HP version handles gates up to 600 kg. It is irreversible and runs on 24 V DC, with a 140 W motor, 400 N of thrust and a top speed of about 0.23 m/s.
A double magnetic encoder replaces conventional limit switches. LIFE says this makes operation safer and installation quicker. The CT1 24 control unit with display is built in and was developed in-house by LIFE. Standby consumption is low.
The housing is light, strong aluminium with a weather-resistant polyester powder coat. Lubrication is permanent grease. The duty cycle is 80% with up to 20 minutes of continuous work, and it is rated IP55 for outdoor use.
